Terms and Conditions

  1. Safari Tickets will be booked for the same date of arrival chosen by the guest, to check into the hotel.

  2. Please note this package is only available to be booked up to 72 hours in advance of arrival.

  3. Safari Park Tickets must be booked for dates during your hotel stay and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for alternative dates.

  4. A deposit is required to book this package. The deposit is equivalent to the full booking value.

  5. The Safari Stay & Play package can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

  6. The 20% discount on dinner is applicable to food only and can only be redeemed on the night of arrival.

  7. The 20% discount on dinner cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  8. Special discounts and vouchers are not applicable to this package. This includes Oakman Friends & Family and Investor Discounts.
